We currently have an opportunity for a Senior IT Manager to join our Corporate IT team based in our Canton, MA office or remotely reputed company the United States. They possess a deep understanding of policy administration systems and have a proven track record in leading development organizations. This individual will have hands-on development experience, ability to deliver on solution design and drive modern approaches, patterns and tech stacks to deliver on our technology roadmap. This individual excels in building highly performing teams, capable of fostering a collaborative and innovated team environment. This candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities, along with a commitment to compliance and reputed company. The expertise you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field or equivalent work experience in a similar role. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in a technology organization with 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or technical project manager managing large reputed company software development projects.
• 5+ year’s of experience with Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Service oriented architecture, API reputed company in a fast-paced environment. Start-up experience is a plus
• Experience in presenting to executive leadership on program and team delivery, status, risks, etc.
• Strong planning, analytical, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the Specialty Insurance or Commercial Insurance industry preferred

Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience, and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the reputed company reputed company salary for new hires, but your recruiter will share more specific compensation information with you during the hiring process. The typical reputed company salary range for this position is: $122,000 – $162,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Hoboken, NJ; and the reputed company metro area, the reputed company salary range is $142,000 -$166,000. In addition to reputed company salary, full time Intact employees are also eligible for bonus potential and a full range of benefits to include:
