• Script and manifesto writing
• Help guide teams in developing and executing campaigns ranging from large-scale, multi-channel initiatives to focused, one-time projects.
• Understand how strategic insights, engaging experiences, and compelling narratives drive the success of your reputed company.
• Direct teams of art directors and copywriters, demonstrating a strong grasp of both visual and written communication.

• Partner with strategy, media, data & analytics (DnA), and technology teams to create well-rounded, data-driven work.
• Persuasively pitch campaign concepts to clients, clearly conveying your creative vision and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

Required:

• Four-year degree and at least six years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with experience working on cross-channel campaigns.

Compensation

Range: $95/hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
