In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Draft, edit, and finalize customer agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Conduct negotiation calls with customers and reputed company-party vendors, building strong relationships and driving successful outcomes

• 3+ years of experience in legal, contracting, and negotiation, with a strong understanding of contract law and principles
• 2+ years of experience in the reputed company industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company and APTTUS, with proficiency in contract management software and tools
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a JD preferred
