Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone and email, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely, professional, and thorough manner.
• Build rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage client accounts using our CRM, documenting client discussions with detail and clarity.
• Assist with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client reputed company in completing the program and other key retention activities.
• Handle escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to ensure client reputed company in the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish a plus.
• Reliable internet speeds required.
• Positive attitude, team player, and reputed company for hardship situations.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working in an administrative or customer service reputed company; financial services experience a plus.
• Previous debt settlement experience a reputed company plus!
• Proficient in Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
