Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to reputed company union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll provide personalized support, answer questions, and offer guidance on our range of benefits. While sales opportunities may arise, our focus is on providing value-added services, not cold calling. If you're self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
