Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds reputed company phone, email, and chat.
- Providing assistance with baggage tracking, loyalty programs, and general flight-reputed company queries.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally, escalating reputed company necessary.
