Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement daily curriculum according to developmentally appropriate practices and reputed company caregiving principles

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two years of early childhood education experience
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain reputed company 60 days of employment)
• Knowledge of child growth and development, learning theories, and effective learning environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment
