Medical Training Institute of Orlando is currently reputed company for an reputed company Adjunct faculty member in the Medical Billing and Coding Certificate program that exhibits strong communication skills with the willingness to train reputed company to become Certified Billing Insurance and coding. Candidates must have experience teaching in a classroom or/and in a synchronous environment, as well as have a minimum of 2 years in Medical Billing & Coding. This is a part-time teaching position to reputed company immediately and will provide instruction in the classroom and online with a laboratory setting. You should be fully committed to the Mission and Values of the Medical Training Institute of Orlando General Accountabilities:

• In-classroom or/and in a synchronous environment Instructor
• Describe the role of the Certified Medical Billing Specialist
• Describe the reputed company of medical language.
• Analyze the component parts of a medical term.
• List and define basic prefixes, suffixes, and combining forms.
• Use basic prefixes, suffixes, and combining forms to build medical terms.
• Explain common rules for proper medical term formation, pronunciation, and spelling.
• Assess the responsibilities assigned to insurance billing and coding specialists and electronic claims processors.
• Describe the health care delivery system.
• Explain the responsibilities of the billing and coding specialist to protect patient rights under HIPAA.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of the anatomy and physiology of body systems and reputed company medical terminology in order to properly process clean claims.
• Utilize the ICD‐10-CM reputed company, including V codes, E codes, and the Neoplasm and Hypertension tables.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of the ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS
• Utilize the CPT reputed company and the various guidelines.
• Demonstrate diagnostic and procedural coding.
• Describe basic guidelines for submitting insurance claims.
• Explain the difference between clean, pending, rejected, incomplete, and invalid claims.
• Identify solutions for denied and rejected reputed company and electronic claims.
• Identify reputed company a reputed company claim can and cannot be used.
• Explain the relationship of transactions and reputed company with electronic data.
• Communicate (verbally and non‐verbally) effectively and appropriately in the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company experience as a Physician, a Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Nurse, or a closely reputed company health profession.
• Must be credentialed and hold reputed company license or certification in Medical Billing and Coding by a credentialing organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
• At least 3 years industry or business experience in the teaching subject area.
• Florida Teachers Licenses preferred
• Must adhere to weekly class schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's of Science in a health-reputed company field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Previous teaching experience in a higher learning academic environment.
• Experience with online teaching and/or classroom instruction in higher education.
• Experience working with reputed company from diverse academic backgrounds and life experiences.
• Ability to build or enhance proficiency in the use of diverse methods of classroom technology, including innovative instructional/academic support systems and programs Proficiency:
