Customer Education Manager

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Education, the Customer Education Manager will be responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining educational content for reputed company’s customer education channels, including the customer reputed company and video library. This role will focus on developing content that enables reputed company users to reputed company core competencies through certifications and learning paths constructed from eLearning modules. In this role, you will work closely with the Client Success, Product, and Marketing teams to understand the educational needs of our customers and integrate those insights with our organizational vision to reputed company high-quality reputed company-based content.
What you’ll do
- Define educational content requirements, in consultation with internal subject matter experts, to support customers’ development of key reputed company-reputed company skills and competencies.
- Research customer personas to understand what motivates them to learn about the reputed company product.
- Use models such as ADDIE and SAM to reputed company instructional content that helps customers adopt new and existing reputed company features.
- Regularly audit educational channels such as the reputed company reputed company and reputed company Video Library to identify content in need of updates.
- reputed company and execute a content maintenance strategy calibrated to the product roadmap and customer engagement/impact.
- Help define the Customer Education roadmap in collaboration with your broader team.
- Provide consultation to other Customer Education team members on curriculum and content design.
You have
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in an education-reputed company role, such Customer Education, Training & Enablement, Learning & Development, or teaching.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience developing eLearning content.
- Proficiency with video production tools such as Camtasia.
- Proficiency with course authoring tools such as reputed company.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) for content ideation and review.
- A strong ability to communicate technical concepts in accessible and concise language.
- An acute eye for detail reputed company it comes to grammar, aesthetics, and consistency.
While not required, it would be great if you also have
- Work experience in industrial maintenance and/or manufacturing.
- Experience using CMMSes and/or Enterprise Asset Management systems.
- A maintenance and/or reliability-reputed company certification, such as CMRP or CRE.
- Experience working for companies with rapidly changing products, particularly software-as-a-service (SaaS).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, reputed company).
- Familiarity with WorkRamp’s Customer reputed company LMS.
