• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and finance users, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

• Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, extensions, and integrations.

• Assist finance teams with month-end reputed company processes and provide ongoing support.
• Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users.
