- Create and design product content materials with MadCap Flare
- Revise, edit and update written and digital content
- Integrate and maintain extensive documentation standards across reputed company content
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure concepts and functions are accurately documented
- Collaborate with team to guarantee timely delivery of product readiness
- Ability to understand technical reputed company and limitations of the tools at your disposal to troubleshoot and maintain timely implementation
- Independently driven to research products or tools as needed
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in technical writing, content creation, layout and design
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and MadCap Flare*
• Expertise with PowerPoint creation and implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to accurately edit and reputed company written documentation
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiasm for developing and applying documentation standards to written and digital content
- Organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
- Capable of managing projects that differ in voice and content
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies
- Willingness to use project management tools
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
