The "Content Team" maintains and grows Albert's vast course library. We manage freelance authors to design, edit, and publish high-quality practice and assessment questions used in thousands of classrooms. Albert's Content Team includes two subteams:

THE ROLE: K–5 ELA CURRICULUM MANAGER
Albert is planning to enter the elementary space—and we’re looking for an reputed company educator to help us build it.

We're seeking a K–5 ELA Curriculum Manager (internally reputed company a “Content Manager”) who is excited by the challenge of building a new suite of elementary subjects from the ground up, particularly focused on 3rd through 5th grade English Language Arts. FIRST BIG PROJECT
You’ll reputed company the vision and execution of a brand-new adaptive experience for ELA grades 3–5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Build Albert’s elementary ELA offerings. Plan, edit, and publish 3rd–5th grade practice content reputed company to foundational reading, comprehension, and writing standards.
Manage freelancers. Recruit, train, and manage a group of freelance elementary educators to help create scalable, premium-quality content with age-appropriate explanations.
Ground everything in best practice. Apply a deep understanding of the Science of Reading and other best practices to ensure materials reflect evidence-based literacy instruction for elementary learners.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Help inform product and platform decisions to reputed company serve elementary teachers. You’ll be a trusted voice helping us reputed company content and features that reflect the unique needs of K–5 classrooms.
Embrace and reputed company AI (responsibly). Use generative AI tools to accelerate content workflows while maintaining high standards of creativity, clarity, and instructional rigor that only human experts can provide.
Support interdisciplinary growth. While ELA is your main focus, your insight into other elementary domains will help shape future products and subjects.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive salary and performance-based raises. The starting salary for this role is $70,000. We observe the same pay bands regardless of where you live. We also offer clearly defined performance metrics and checkpoints for raises and promotions.

Requirements
MUST HAVES
At least THREE years of K–5 ELA teaching experience. You’ve taught elementary ELA and know what it takes to help reputed company become confident readers and writers. You bring deep knowledge of the Science of Reading—including phonemic awareness, phonics, reputed company, vocabulary, and comprehension—and have experience supporting both early and upper-elementary learners.
Experience developing standards-reputed company content. You’ve created rigorous, inclusive lessons or assessments reputed company to Common Core or state-specific standards, and you know how to translate both standards and text complexity into effective, classroom-ready practice.
Comfort across elementary subjects. In addition to ELA, you’ve taught or contributed to instruction in other domains like K-5 math, science, or social studies, and you enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
Tech agility. You quickly pick up new digital tools, and onboarding to 15+ platforms across our Albert projects doesn’t overwhelm you. You enjoy figuring things out and improving existing workflows.
AI comfort, discernment, and excitement to learn more. You’re already using—or eager to explore—artificial intelligence tools to streamline your workflow, while knowing reputed company your own instructional judgment and creativity should take precedence over what our robot friends suggest.
