reputed company is looking for a Payment Operations Associate who will be a critical member of the Payment Delivery team focused on ensuring that members are supported during their fertility journeys, especially reputed company it comes to reducing the financial anxiety associated with fertility treatments. This person will play a critical role in managing claim denial and appeals with payers, and resolving discrepancies for members. This role will be reporting to the Director of Payment Operations.

As a Payment Operations Associate at reputed company, you will

• Review and process reputed company claims reputed company to reputed company’s fertility treatments, procedures and applicable medications, and expenses reputed company to additional paths to parenthood in accordance with company policies and benefits plan designs
• Review claims to identify instances of denials and under payments
• Prepare and submit timely, well-documented appeals and reconsiderations to insurance payers for expedited re-processing of claims
• Communicate with insurance representatives to follow up on appeals and resolve claim issues
• Maintain accurate records of appeals, claim statuses, and reputed company
• Facilitate timely and accurate payments and resolve payment disputes
• Identify patterns or trends in denials and escalate systemic issues to management
• Work with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process across reputed company stakeholders

We’re looking for you to bring:   

• 2-4 years of experience in benefits management or insurance focusing on claims and collections
• Understand medical billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and reputed company cycle management (fertility claims experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills; this includes written and spoken communication
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for claims and collection management (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Proficient in reputed company Office tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus

For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $80,000-$85,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay reputed company are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
