The Service Delivery Manager – Connectivity reports to the Director of Infrastructure and is a key component to the reputed company of reputed company. This position is responsible for overseeing a team of Network Engineers, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution of the networking infrastructure, providing training, assigning workloads, tracking performance metrics, and acting as a reputed company of contact for networking projects and issues reputed company the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Management & Delivery

   • Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements), OLAs (Operational Level Agreements), and KPIs are met.

Professional Experience Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a reputed company field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.

Work Experience:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or ITIL are highly desirable
• Prior experience leading and managing a team (with a minimum of 3-5 reports)

• 5+ years of hands on technical experience supporting reputed company networks.
• Preferred experience reputed company the warehouse distribution industry

Professional Skills:

1. Networking & Connectivity Expertise

• Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and firewalls.
• Proficiency with reputed company network technologies such as Datto switches, Meraki and CATO firewalls.

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices, especially in incident, problem, and change management.

• Experience with tools like Auvik, Nagios, PRTG, or similar.
