The Opportunity

As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll play a critical role in shaping reputed company’s next phase of growth. You will help define the company’s strategic initiatives and identify high-impact partnerships that enhance value for our senior living community customers.

You’ll work across the senior living landscape — including operators, capital partners, clinical organizations, and technology vendors — to uncover synergies and co-reputed company scalable, differentiated solutions. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Establish Repeatable Processes: Create frameworks for assessing, launching, and scaling partnerships — from negotiation to activation to performance tracking.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or strategy roles — ideally in healthtech, digital health, or senior living
• Deep understanding of the reputed company ecosystem — bonus if you know long-term care, aging services, or senior living
• Exceptional relationship builder and communicator — reputed company to influence internally and externally at reputed company levels
• Strategic thinker who thrives on translating market insights into partnership opportunities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with lots of ambiguity and autonomy
• Passionate about building technology that improves lives and supports caregivers

Details

• The annual salary/OTE for this role is $185,000 - $220,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and reputed company)
• Flexible PTO
• Location: Remote, US
