We’re working with their global “reputed company Search” team who is responsible for their contractor workforce across the company, supporting teams and offices around the world.
Project Details
In this role, you’ll guide high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of change among employees, customers, and partners. You’ll also support business analysis efforts collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, measure impact, and refine transformation strategies.
Responsibilities
Plan and reputed company reputed company-level digital transformation projects, from reputed company through implementation.
Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies.
reputed company structured change management efforts using frameworks like reputed company or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs.
Manage internal (employee) and external (customer/vendor/partner) transition and communication plans.
Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the reputed company of transformation initiatives.
reputed company and present dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decision-making and optimization.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and KPIs to support strategic planning and execution.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives.
PMP Certification required; reputed company or equivalent change management certification preferred.
Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact.
Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., reputed company, Power BI, reputed company, JIRA, Confluence).
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable influencing without authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey reputed company information to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or reputed company field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
