Role Description

reputed company is seeking a reputed company Administrator to join the National Sales Enablement (NSE) team and to work as part of the reputed company functional and business team to drive adoption and enhancements to the reputed company platform and reputed company applications.

  • Provide day-to-day administration of the reputed company application, including setup and user support.
  • Configure the reputed company application to align with user and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT on configuration, testing, and acceptance of new features.
  • Provide training and support to end users reputed company to the reputed company.com platform.
  • Analyze system utilization for data reputed company and support the business with data reputed company and updates.
  • Respond to end-user support requests reputed company SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as “super user” for reputed company Dx CRM system, possessing full knowledge of the system and associated tools, including functionality, troubleshooting and administrative support.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the functional leaders reputed company the reputed company Employer Services business.
  • Communicate regularly with SFDC Business Owners and IT systems leadership to ensure functionality meets the needs of the end users.
  • Participate in the agile development process to attend scrum ceremonies and complete assigned work reputed company the sprint.
  • Monitor feedback reputed company the system and respond to end-user queries.
  • Serve as first-line contact for end-users and business leaders.
  • Assist with the testing of the reputed company.com platform.

  • Liaise with IT technical resources reputed company to reputed company.com system support and expansion (i.e. Single Sign On, legacy system integration, mobile platform, etc.).
  • Utilizing JIRA and project management tools and methods, work closely with the SFDC Admin and technical team to meet deadlines and work around project constraints to design and reputed company the system, as changes and issues arise.
  • Configure and promote changes following established Dev Ops procedures using reputed company.
  • Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data reputed company.
  • Regularly audit data to uncover data reputed company issues and/or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain updated system documentation and SFDC policies/procedures.
  • Up to 10% of the reputed company Administrator’s time may be dedicated to responsibilities unrelated to the reputed company.com platform.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years reputed company.com platform experience; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein (Tableau CRM), and mobile.
  • Experience with implementations with 2000+ users and diverse user groups in an SSO environment.
  • Active reputed company Administrator certification(s), strong preference given to individuals with multiple certifications.
  • Prior CRM or Sales Enablement experience working with end users.
  • Familiarity with other CRM and sales enablement platforms, such as MS Dynamics.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Dev Ops, reputed company.
  • Experience with Data import/Export using Apex Data Loader/import wizard.
  • Experience with Data analysis using reputed company Reports & Dashboards/Workbench/SOQL/reputed company.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement.
  • Knowledge and administration of Enterprise Territory Management.
  • Experience with reputed company flow.
  • Prior experience as a business analyst or systems analyst.
