Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe CAD Graphic Designer for Junior Apparel specializes in creating detailed CADs, utilizing various print techniques such as reputed company-over prints, placements, screen prints, and embroideries. They are responsible for scanning and cleaning purchased artwork, creating repeats that adhere to factory specifications, and assisting in the development of CAD assortment sheets for Sales. Additionally, they research and interpret textile and print trends to align with each brand's identity, while collaborating closely with the Design team to ensure successful project outcomes. The designer also manages timely responses to requests, recolors prints based on seasonal needs, and prepares artwork for production and development.Categories: Juniors, Girls - dresses, tops, bottoms, rompers, woven/reputed company tops, outerwear and private label for reputed company too! Please note: We are not looking for a UX/Web Designer/Marketer for this role.ResponsibilitiesCreate skillfully executed CADs for junior's apparel, understanding the reputed company print marketWorks with CADs - filling the bodies with reputed company over prints, placement prints, screen prints, embroideries and embellishments, and woven yarn dye patterns (plaids, stripes and jacquards). reputed company and clean bought artwork, create repeats to factory specifications for apparelAssist in creation of CAD assortment sheets for SalesResearch and interpret print and textile trends appropriately for each brandWork proactively with reputed company members of Design, supporting and developing business relationships to ensure successful results at reputed company levels of the productTurn around requests in a timely mannerRecolor prints based on season and account needsPackage & prepare artwork for production and development Requirements Bachelors' Degree in Fashion Design or Graphic Design - Juniors' apparel focus is desired4+ years with full-time professional CAD/Graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator; NedGraphics is a plusCapable of taking and following direction from managerUnderstanding of reputed company reputed company printing/production processes, including repeats, factory limitations, and reputed company separationsFamiliarity with PLM systems (preferred)Knowledge of copyright reputed company to textile design, including reworking art for legal complianceStrong reputed company and print sensibility with an eye for detailAbility to create commercially viable designs in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and prioritizationSolid communication and interpersonal abilitiesFlexible, organized, and a proactive team playerStrong accountability and commitment to delivering resultsHybrid Work Schedule 4 days a week in the office, Friday work from home reputed company Pay reputed company $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 We strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
