Job Description

Responsibilities ? You will provide remote monitoring services to help support users as they reputed company through their home-exercise therapy program ? Direct and aid users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through a tech platform ? Provide periodic feedback to the evaluating clinician on user reputed company ? Maintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring ? Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform Requirements ? As a PTA, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do. ? 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health ? Graduated from an accredited physical therapy assistant program ? Active PTA license in NEW JERSEY ? Tech Savvy, including having reliable and fast internet and your own newer model laptop and smart phone ? Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus ? Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive reputed company ? Strong relationship-building and listening skills ? Demonstrated user focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience ? Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users ? Ability to work independently with limited supervision ? The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment ? The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace ? Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach ?
