About the Role

As a Geriatric Mental Health Therapist at ACP, you’ll deliver high-quality psychotherapy and mental health services to older adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including:

• Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
• Depression and anxiety
• Substance use disorders
• Cognitive decline and dementia

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial mental health assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and mental health interventions.
• Travel to various medical and community settings to reputed company clients who may have barriers to accessing traditional in-office care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other reputed company.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or reputed company field.

Pay Range: Compensation depends on licensure, experience, schedule, and caseload.
