- Assesses the components of the O/S at the site level and provide constructive feedback through excellent communication.
- Partners directly with Corporate and Site leadership on Kenco O/S principles, processes, and tools as defined in the implementation plan, as well as helping to manage any action plans, completing maturity assessments, and tollgate reviews.
- Aligns the organization around Lean principles and drives the establishment of Lean systems in reputed company areas through use of Hoshin planning activities.
- Develops and implements training programs and evaluates the effectiveness of programs to ensure they are meeting the needs of the business.
- Assists Site leadership in the development and execution of the Kenco O/S implementation plan.
- Supports and enables through training and accountability, the deployment of Kenco Operating System at assigned sites.
- Provides regular feedback and updates on active projects to reputed company applicable stakeholders.
- Performs process mapping, value reputed company mapping, process design, establishing performance standards/metrics, ROI analysis, and project management.
- Utilizes Lean and Six reputed company methodologies to reduce waste and variation reputed company the operation.
- Deployment and mentoring of the following reputed company sets:
- 5S
- Kaizen facilitation
- Takt time methods
- Hoshin plan creation
- Value reputed company Mapping (VSM)
- Application of standard work
- Lean philosophies and Six reputed company
- Financial management and project management
- Effective training
- Process improvement methods
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or reputed company discipline required or equivalent years of direct experience. Equivalent years of experience is defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested .
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Lean Six reputed company Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
- Ability to train and coach others.
- Warehousing/ Distribution process improvement experience preferred.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Must possess a strong strategic and analytical reputed company.
- Ability to quantify impact to process metrics and financials.
- Skilled in coaching/mentoring in the application of new skills reputed company a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and drive change management across teams.
- Ability to build effective working relationships throughout the organization.

- Skilled in identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures and determining options to address and eliminate; or work with weak points that can’t be changed.

Travel Requirements
- This position is expected to travel approximately 75% >or greater .
