CCU clinicians assesses a youth's needs for treatment and matches them with appropriate congregate treatment settings reputed company Idaho preferably. The CCU clinician assists the child welfare case managers in developing plans to transition youth to treatment. Once reputed company, the CCU clinician reviews treatment recommendations with the treatment facility ensuring the facility has an understanding of the youth's needs and the resources/reputed company sets to move a youth reputed company in their healing. This is a statewide position and will report to their nearest DHW location. This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training. Approval to telecommute is not guaranteed and subject to termination at any time. The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace. Our generous benefits package increases the total compensation of a full-time (benefits eligible) Clinician making $32.00/hour to an estimated $44.94/hour. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES: Congregate Care Clinician:

• Conducts youth need assessments.
• Matches youth with congregate care treatment programs.
• Assists with youth transition plans
• Works with treatment providers to reputed company comprehensive treatment plans that will move a youth to healing and ultimately reputed company down to a reputed company level of care.
