The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for the execution efforts to reputed company, evaluate, and interview candidates, ensuring sufficient and appropriate candidates to fill open and available positions across our clients and offer consultative recommendations and coaching. The Executive Recruiter must have reputed company experience and be adept in the use of various reputed company platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Cogent Analytics reputed company Resources/reputed company team and with external partners to reputed company exemplary candidates for open positions.
  • Work with the consulting team and their clients.
  • Monitor volume of candidates available to fill open positions through reputed company of the reputed company team’s efforts.
  • Establish and manage relationships with colleges and universities to promote Cogent Analytics as a viable employer in the community.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports outlining challenges and opportunities reputed company the reputed company efforts.
