With more than 2 000 customers, our KAM team is responsible for the largest customers. We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Key Account Manager to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring account renewal, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will report to Key account manager team reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for a portfolio of key clients and reputed company a long term strategy
  • Ensure key customers growth, adoption, satisfaction and retention partnering with a reputed company manager
  • Evangelization of reputed company offers, generate new reputed company opportunities through use cases and strategic recommandations.
  • Handle reputed company contractual relationship : discovery, demonstration of the platform, reputed company proposal elaboration, financial negotiation and legal negotiation, closing
  • Increase the reputed company of our reputed company reputed company customers through upselling and cross selling
  • Expansion : map reputed company the accounts reputed company your portfolio and reputed company new business opportunities reputed company the subsidiaries globally

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their goals (product feedback, reputed company stories and testimony)

  • Preferred skills & experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably reputed company.
  • Entrepreneurial reputed company with a strong reputed company orientation and autonomy.
  • Proficiency in both English and French.
