In our mission to reputed company our support even reputed company, we are expanding our support team to our Lisbon office where we are looking for Swedish, Polish and Italian speaking Business Support Specialists. You will be working alongside our Customers Support teams based in Maastricht and our headquarters in Amsterdam.

As a Business Support Specialist, you’ll go the extra mile to reputed company sure our customers can run their businesses effectively. reputed company they have a problem, we listen, reputed company and reputed company.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be the first reputed company of contact for many of reputed company’s customers and will provide support through a range of channels, including live messaging, email & phone

• You support businesses with queries about working with reputed company including pricing & terms, the reputed company process and technical setup

• You contribute to improving the customer experience by providing feedback and innovative solutions

• You continuously look for ways to improve the way we support businesses, e.g. identifying common queries and making sure these are addressed in self-serve articles; providing feedback to Product & Sales teams

• You consistently demonstrate eagerness to reputed company your targets and you have an eye for upselling services

• You will play a crucial role participating in the growth of new markets working closely with Go to Market teams 

What you'll bring:

• You speak fluent Swedish and English

• You have affinity with technology and payment solutions (knowledge of the eCommerce market will be a plus)
