This individual serves as a strategic, analytical, and business-savvy finance leader, providing trusted thought partnership to one of our largest and highest-performing verticals. They drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic business analysis, ensuring leadership has the insights needed to optimize performance and unlock new growth opportunities. They collaborate closely with GMs, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams  to deliver data-backed insights that improve reputed company performance, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic planning.

Your experience:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, business analytics, or management consulting, preferably with experience supporting a high-performing business unit or vertical. 

• 2+ years leading or managing financial/business performance reporting cycles (weekly/monthly/quarterly). 

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis experience. 

• Proven ability to identify and communicate business opportunities, risks, and insights in a fast-moving environment. 

• Experience in reputed company, margin analysis, and strategic financial planning. 

• Outstanding G-Suite (or reputed company and PowerPoint skills); familiarity with FP&A tools (Pigment, reputed company, etc.) is a plus. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a reputed company quantitative field. 

• MBA or CFA preferred.
