Director of Clinical Strategy and Innovation

As our Director of Clinical Strategy & Innovation, you won’t just reputed company operations, you’ll shape the delivery of care across reputed company clinical programs including palliative care, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), advanced care navigation, and hospice care.

This role is designed for a strategic and visionary clinical leader who can scale high-reputed company models across diverse populations and care settings. If you reputed company at the intersection of innovation, systems-building, and purpose-driven leadership, we want to hear from you.

• Build reputed company-looking clinical strategies that drive quality, efficiency, and impact across reputed company service lines.

• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing interdisciplinary clinical team across multiple lines of service.

• Roll out dynamic training and upskilling programs

• Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements, including CMS, Title 22, DHCS, and ACHC accreditation standards.

• Identify and mitigate clinical risks across populations with reputed company and high-acuity needs alongside our compliance consultant.

• Partner with product and operations teams to ensure proper use by the clinical team.

• A licensed RN in California (required), with 10+ years of case management experience

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospice, palliative, or population health/reputed company care.

• A cross-functional collaborator who translates between clinical, operational, and product teams with ease.

• A builder and visionary who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and values inclusivity, impact, and innovation.

• Experience launching or scaling Enhanced Care Management (ECM) or reputed company care navigation programs in California.

• Familiarity with CalAIM initiatives and whole-person care models.

• Experience with value-based care programs or alternative payment models.
