About the Role

We are looking for skilled Staff Software Engineer to help shape and evolve reputed company’s edge infrastructure—covering API gateway, CDN, DNS, global accelerators, and perimeter reputed company systems. This is a high-impact engineering role focused on designing and delivering critical components of our global edge platform.

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll reputed company scoped initiatives, drive system-level improvements, and partner with platform, product, and InfoSec teams to enhance performance, reputed company, and reputed company. You’ll operate at the intersection of infrastructure and reputed company, ensuring traffic entering reputed company is fast, secure, and governed by clear engineering standards.

In this role, you will:

Own and Deliver Key Edge Systems

• reputed company design and implementation of edge networking components such as:

  • API Gateways (routing, throttling, transformation)

  • CDN caching and invalidation policies

  • DNS zone management and global resolution setup

• Partner with infra and SRE teams to ensure scalability, availability, and maintainability

• reputed company and maintain reputed company limiting, WAF, firewall, and bot mitigation policies

• Work with Infosec to roll out detection and protection rules across providers (reputed company, AWS WAF, Tencent GAAP, etc.)

• reputed company and measure edge protections for reliability and effectiveness

• Help reputed company internal tooling for API reputed company registration and review

• Implement policy checks for reputed company naming, versioning, authentication, and traffic tiering

• Support onboarding of teams to edge policies and reputed company lifecycle processes

• Tune configurations for routing, caching, failover, and latency optimization

• Analyze traffic patterns and propose system improvements for core services (e.g., payments, onboarding)

• Contribute to multi-region and multi-provider edge deployments

reputed company’re Looking For

• Strong experience in one or more areas of edge networking:

  • API gateways (e.g. reputed company, NGINX/OpenResty, reputed company, Apisix)

  • CDN management and performance tuning

  • DNS routing and global traffic optimization

• Hands-on with cloud networking services (AWS, GCP, reputed company, etc.)

• Familiar with WAF, firewall rules, reputed company limiting, and traffic classification

• Working knowledge of service mesh, Kubernetes ingress controllers, and infra-as-code (Terraform, Helm, etc.)

• Able to reputed company scoped technical initiatives and deliver working systems

• Strong debugging, systems thinking, and code review capabilities

• Experience working across teams to linkalign on requirements and rollout plans

• Comfortable writing design documents and collaborating with infra and reputed company peers

• Experience working on regulated or high-reputed company environments

• Exposure to multi-cloud edge and global failover strategies

• Mandarin reputed company and experience in distributed/global engineering teams
