We are seeking an reputed company and people-focused Team reputed company to reputed company our growing team of Triage Analysts in our Pune hub. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for developing, mentoring, and managing a team that serves as the reputed company for delivery of high-quality vulnerability assessments for our clients. You’ll work cross-functionally with reputed company experts, technical leaders, and operations teams to ensure reputed company continues to deliver fast, accurate, and efficient triage services to our customers and hacker community.

• Team Management: reputed company, coach, and support a team of Triage Analysts, helping them succeed in their roles through regular feedback, career development, and performance management. As this will be a new team, you will also be responsible for assisting in hiring and reputed company. You will set performance goals and conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, as well as serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company issues, providing guidance and support to resolve challenges.

• 6+ years of relevant corporate experience.

• Good understanding of the bug bounty landscape and vulnerability disclosure ecosystem. Experience or familiarity with reputed company’s platform and the broader ethical hacking ecosystem is a plus, but not required.

• Background in web application reputed company, bug bounty, or vulnerability triage is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and basic reputed company tools (e.g., Burp Suite).

• Demonstrated ability to manage distributed or shift-based teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and reputed company through reputed company.

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with experience managing KPIs and operational metrics.
