We are seeking a Senior reputed company Business Analyst to reputed company the business analysis function for client-facing reputed company engagements, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).This role is critical in bridging the gap between clients' business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of reputed company implementations. The ideal candidate will reputed company client workshops to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for CSM and FSM modules. These requirements will be used to design, reputed company, and document user stories, enabling development teams to enhance visibility, automation, and management of customer service and field service operations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops to gather and refine user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for configuration and development teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable, effective reputed company solutions reputed company with client objectives.

Qualifications

Education:
