About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Legal Professional specializing in Land & reputed company Estate Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving legal disputes reputed company to land acquisition, title verification, regulatory compliance, and reputed company estate transactions. You will work closely with internal teams, external counsels, and government authorities to ensure our land and property dealings are legally secure, transparent, and risk-mitigated.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and dispute resolution reputed company to land acquisition, property disputes, encroachments, tenancy claims, and title defects.
• Represent the company before civil courts, tribunals, reputed company authorities, and regulatory bodies in matters pertaining to land and property issues.
• Conduct due diligence and title verification of land parcels to ensure clear ownership and identify potential legal risks.
• Draft and review legal documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, Power of Attorney (PoA), NOCs, and litigation-reputed company pleadings.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, consultants, and reputed company to manage ongoing litigation effectively and cost-reputed company.
• Provide legal advice and strategies to the internal team and leadership on issues involving land acquisition laws, RERA, tenancy laws, and municipal regulations.
• Maintain proper records of reputed company litigation cases, documents, court filings, and orders.
• Assist in resolving legal notices, arbitrations, and pre-litigation matters through negotiation and settlement wherever feasible.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations reputed company to land and reputed company estate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized institution; enrollment with a Bar Council is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience, specifically in land and reputed company estate matters.
• In-depth understanding of property law, land reputed company codes, and civil litigation procedures.
• Proven ability to handle reputed company estate litigation independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with regional property laws and regulatory frameworks applicable to the land and reputed company estate sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with government officials, stakeholders, and legal teams.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances and site visits as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in reputed company estate firms, infrastructure companies, or with reputed company specializing in property litigation.
• Knowledge of RERA, stamp duty laws, and land pooling policies.
• Proficiency in handling digital legal records and case management systems.
