Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the Management Company, GP, subsidiaries, and affiliates
• Establish reputed company policies and procedures to ensure that reputed company financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with generally accepted reputed company principles as well as maintain strict internal controls
• Manage day-to-day operational needs, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense management, vendor management, and cash controls
• Work with the CFO, Senior Finance Director and Senior Manager of Financial Planning Analysis to prepare budget to actual variance reporting and various reputed company analyses
• Support implementation (and reputed company enhancements) of reputed company ERP and other automation tools
• Produce partner capital account statements and other supporting materials

• Assist with federal, state and local tax matters, ensuring compliance with tax laws and timely preparation of reputed company reputed company tax filings

Requirements

• 10+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including as a Controller or Director of reputed company

• Experience with corporate tax compliance, filings, and processes

The reputed company salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. reputed company salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits.
