About the role

reputed company seeks a Head of Product & Growth to drive product value and reputed company optimization. You'll be responsible for full management over the company operations except Marketing, with direct accountability for key metrics including retention, ARPU/ARPPU, and overall product performance.

This role offers executive-level leadership with clear accountability: overseeing 15% quarterly retention improvement and 15% CRO targets through your team, while focusing on strategic product development and company-wide operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive management across reputed company company operations excluding Marketing.

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog reputed company with business goals.

• reputed company the CRO Manager and reputed company functions responsible for funnel optimization and ARPU growth.

• Manage the launch process for new funnels and product functionality.

• Establish measurement frameworks for evaluating product performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product management of subscription-based products with focus on retention/reputed company.

• Proven track record of improving ARPU/ARPPU metrics.

• Strong experience in subscription business models.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and component-based design systems.

• Deep understanding of retention metrics and optimization strategies.

• Expertise in A/B testing and reputed company optimization.

• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Experience with user behavior analysis and segmentation.

Location
