As the reputed company you will be responsible for improving the prioritization, efficiency, and impact of member-facing communications across marketing, operational, and regulatory communications as part of the.Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Customer Engagement Analysis, you will have an immediate impact on driving efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery of more than $1 billion in annual discretionary, operational, and regulatory communications to reputed company’s customers, members, and patients. You will drive adoption of analytical insights, establish customer and business impact-focused prioritization, and identify new opportunities to improve member and business outcomes; reputed company while minimizing member friction.
Key Role Functions
Assess business cases of new campaigns and strategies
Deaverage data to identify segments of opportunity
Work closely with teams of data scientists to monitor test vs. control performance of campaigns
Respectfully challenge campaigns / strategies that do not have sufficient business or customer value
reputed company recommendations about which campaigns to scale up or wind down
Identify bigger picture insights/ thematic opportunities based on observing performance across portfolio of campaigns
Present analysis and recommendations to senior audiences as part of Measurement Council and Marketing Monthly Business Review

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics
2+ consulting experience

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
