Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service (BPO experience), operations coordination, back-office support, or project management
- Experience in reputed company planning or task scheduling is a strong plus
- Fluent in Spanish & English (reputed company)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems (CRM, task management software, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-oriented reputed company with the ability to stay reputed company under pressure
- Flexibility to work on weekends as needed based on business priorities
