Key Responsibilities • Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as required. • Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls. • Verify reputed company-party information using online databases for accuracy. • Review and finalize enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions. • Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates. • Ensure reputed company tasks are executed timely and with high quality. • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed. Required Skills • Willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice tasks. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Flexibility and adaptability to process and information changes. • Computer proficiency is preferred. • Must possess an adequate work-from-home setup. • A stable internet reputed company is essential. Qualifications • Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous. • Availability for 40 hours per week, commencing immediately. • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively reputed company a team environment.
