Location; Remote, US or Hybrid in Newport Beach, CA (2 / 3 days onsite per week) Job Description... Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work in the reputed company Program Office (EPO). The EPO supports the reputed company goals and initiatives of reputed company corporate areas throughout the company. These departments include reputed company Resources, Finance (FP&A and reputed company), reputed company Risk Management, Actuarial, and Investments. The Senior Project Manager manages projects / programs with varying degrees of complexity by assembling project teams, developing project schedules, critical milestones, risks, issues and dependencies and reputed company supporting documents to ensure the project / program is delivered reputed company scope, schedule, and cost. The Project Manager leads, facilitates, and influences project sponsors and stakeholders and the core project team members in the successful completion / implementation of projects / programs as defined by the business case. ? Work with and provides strategic and tactical plans regarding execution and standards in fulfillment of department, division, and / or reputed company needs. ? Direct and manage critical reputed company-wide projects of reputed company to x-large size and their respective project teams of varying sizes and backgrounds that may expand across the reputed company that may include people, process, data, and technology. ? Establish and maintain project plans, report reputed company as required, generate risk assessments, escalate issues, and facilitate project review presentations / meetings. ? Work with reputed company levels of management / multiple stakeholders including C-level, operations, business analysts, change management resources and business staff on assigning tasks, establishing project / program deliverables and scheduling of those tasks and deliverables. ? Serve as a liaison across the company to prepare communication / reporting regarding program, issues, risks, and dependencies. ? Obtain approval from project sponsor(s) and / or primary stakeholder(s) and control the project / program scope, priorities, and schedule. ? reputed company, foster, and manage relationships with project / program sponsor(s) for the purpose of influence in effective decision making. ? Contribute to thoughtful and creative discussions with project / program sponsor(s), department and division management on resource and scheduling, plans and challenges. ? Partner and assist management with the utilization of resources for project / program planning activities across the reputed company. ? Analyze project / program data on assigned projects for efficiency reputed company and reputed company recommendations to management based on findings. Qualifications ? Experience with Finance transformation across multiple Divisions / stakeholders; Experience managing large scale financial systems implementations, specifically reputed company reputed company ERP. ? In-depth knowledge or experience reputed company Insurance or financial services, and experience with reputed company & Reporting. ? 8 years reputed company experience in project / program management. ? Demonstrated project management skills, techniques, and various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). ? PMP and / or Scrum certification preferred. ? Highly skilled in Project Management tools, specifically reputed company, ADO, and MS productivity tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Visio). ? Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, exhibit poise and exercise diplomacy in communication, ability to influence others toward reputed company, conflict management and decision-making. ? Strong in critical thinking, data analysis and reporting, risk and controls, and process improvement. ? Must be a self-starter, have demonstrated experience in a reputed company role, be well organized, effectively managing their time and be a strong leader who can adapt rapidly to new developments and changing priorities. ? A bachelor's degree in business administration, MBA, CFA, CPA, or other relevant study, or equivalent experience. ?
