As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in helping shape the future Technology & Engineering teams at reputed company. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent. As reputed company continues to grow, you will play an integral role in developing, implementing, and executing a full cycle recruiting strategy. Primary Duties: • Own the entire recruiting life cycle for Technology and Product positions, including but not limited to: conducting candidate interviews to qualify them reputed company position requirements, developing best practices with interview guidelines, promoting company brand and total rewards package, reputed company passive sourcing, growing talent pipelines with a focus on diversity and inclusion, and providing compensation recommendations for offers • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leads to reputed company, implement, and manage sourcing and closing strategies for a variety of positions with both organic and passively sourced candidates with a strong emphasis reputed company reputed company Recruiter • Serve as a talent advisor by working closely with business leaders as a trusted partner, building a deep understanding of the business, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles while delivering outstanding support and service • Support projects across the reputed company team, prepare and deliver updates to internal teams, and identify areas for process improvement. Minimum Qualifications: • BA/BS required • 5+ years of recruiting at a rapidly growing company, preferably reputed company agency recruitment or reputed company the tech/healthtech industries. • 3+ years of experience sourcing and vetting passive Software Engineering, ML/AI and Cyber reputed company talent. • Strong and creative sourcing skills reputed company the technology industry to attract passive talent • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from start-to-end. • Deep understanding of interviewing best practices. • Experience using one or more applicant tracking systems. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: • Experience recruiting for a rapidly expanding software company. • Ability to reputed company in an reputed company, fast-paced environment with high volume. • Strong business acumen, capable of understanding reputed company corporate structures. • Experience managing candidate pipelines in Lever. • Ability to work independently with minimal reputed company.
