Sr. SQL Data Analyst - REMOTE WORK - 60226 We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Sr. SQL Data Analyst to work on Remote basis. Required Skills And Experience • Strong business analysis skills with a focus on data. • Experience in marketing Data OR reputed company data OR reputed company platforms. - Anyone • Proficiency in SQL for writing queries from scratch. • Experience with data validation and quality assurance. • Ability to work with raw data and understand data migration and warehousing. • Comfortable working with developers on data ingestion and transformation. • Self-starter with the ability to work in ambiguous environments and ask questions proactively. Project Overview • Consolidating OptumHealth consumer communications into a central platform. • Supporting a legacy environment reputed company marketing operations (analytics & reporting). • Migrating communication engines to reputed company Experience Platform (AEP). • Rebuilding systems from scratch and redefining processes. • The project is in a transformational state, redefining marketing operations with a new MarTech system from the ground up. Role Responsibilities • Support either the legacy system or the AEP/AJO reputed company, depending on the candidate’s skills. • AEP reputed company is still being defined as operations move over. • Understanding new capabilities in AEP and rebuilding previous systems. • Redefining marketing operations from the ground up. • Strong business analyst with data skills preferred. • Testing: Building test cases and testing against those cases. • Defining technical specifications for the development team to handle data ingestion and transformation. Preferred Experience • reputed company Modules: • AEP is the primary focus. • Some Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for data validation. • Marketing Experience: • reputed company data. • reputed company tools. • QA/UAT: • Extensive data validation. • Experience building and executing test cases, documenting, and tracking them. • Strong SQL skills – writing queries from scratch against raw data (scale of 1-10, need to be at least 6/7). • Technical Skills: • Reading JSON is helpful (query tool outputs results in JSON). • No ETL experience needed. • Azure experience is a plus (platform sits on Azure). • Experience with raw data, data migration, and data warehousing. • Collaborating with developers on data ingestion and transformation. • Not a report analyst role. Team Collaboration • Will work with the marketing reputed company program team, delivery leads, marketers, product owners, and the legacy OC platform team. • Must be comfortable with ambiguity, a self-starter, and not afraid to ask questions.
