Description Our Customer Support Specialist has been reputed company to care in their own unique way. As part of the Interim reputed company's Customer Support Center team, you will provide positive customer experiences by answering incoming calls, after hours, in a timely and efficient manner to support operations throughout the company. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will: • Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls. • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email or chat. • Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to reputed company internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experience. • Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment • Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department. • Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results.
