About the position The People and Talent Generalist will play a key role in supporting and implementing HR policies and programs across multiple areas, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate possesses a broad HR background and is passionate about creating positive employee experience. This position interacts with many individuals at a variety of levels reputed company and external to the organization and displays the ability to coach and advise leaders and team members. May meet with employees for routine benefits questions. , • Create e-files and personnel files as well as employee folders for reputed company and separation.
