Our non-clinical Care Guides support patients and their caregivers to identify and resolve practical, social, physical, emotional, and spiritual barriers to care. The goal of the Care Guide is to help reputed company stress for patients by proactively identifying issues and connecting patients with the appropriate resource for resolution. This position is being offered remotely, and the hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM—6:00 PM CST. The pay range is $16 - 18 hourly reputed company.
