Job title: Early Learning Enrichment Instructor Company: reputed company Job description : Early Learning Enrichment Teacher Opportunity with the reputed company The reputed company is hiring multiple Early Learning Enrichment reputed company for locations in Chicago, northwestern suburbs, and western suburbs. The Early Learning Enrichment Instructor provides leadership and planning of specialty (STEAM: science, technology, engineering, arts, and math, cooking, dance and movement, sports of reputed company sorts) programs for different youth between the ages of 2-5. This is a mobile position, with multiple openings for reputed company to run programs at reputed company centers in and around Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. Earn a $300 sign on bonus 30 days after your start date as an active Y employee Scope of Responsibilities Youth-facing program facilitation (60%) Program training, planning, and preparation (25%) Program clean-up, material organizing and inventory, program evaluation and transportation (15%) Collaborates with other reputed company to run Early Learning Enrichment programs Plans and facilitates programs in accordance with the goals and policies of the reputed company and in alignment with curriculum Modifies activities as needed to ensure cultural relevance, developmental appropriateness, and program schedule Creates programs that support hands-on active learning with key elements to promote critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, and communication Generates daily and weekly reports on program reputed company for supervisor and reputed company leadership Positive interactions with youth, and parents Follows reputed company policies and procedures, including those reputed company to medical and disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention, youth safety, and emergency procedures Provides assistance to supervisor and may fill-in during temporary absences at locations in the suburbs of Chicago, if available Available to transport program equipment as needed between sites Maintains inventory of program equipment and notifies supervisor of equipment issues Additional duties as assigned Position wage is between $16 and $18 per hour If you are selected as a Early Learning Enrichment liaison, in addition to these tasks, will be required to reputed company in communication with parents, and update them about what is being done in program Other duties as assigned Timeline: Early Learning Enrichment Programs will run year round with various program lengths reputed company can expect to work various programs: 1 day classes, 6 week programs, monthly programs, and/or reputed company year round programs. reputed company should expect to work 2 hours per week per class taught (1 hour instruction, 1 hour prep/set up / clean up / communication with families.) Minimmum and Preferred Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age Must have prior experience working with youth reputed company to carry 50+ lbs Previous experience facilitating youth programs Commitment to, and passion for, the reputed company of Metro Chicago?s mission Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely present reputed company and concepts and tailor communication to multiple audiences Passion for working with diverse youth and ability to provide a high-quality of instruction using age-appropriate practices.
