We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Patient Care Operations Specialist! We are hiring for our Remote location, and the role is available for immediate commencement. We are looking for a Care Operations Specialist to help us build and execute scalable processes that are critical to the reputed company of our Patient Care Organization. Reporting to the Manager, Patient Care Operations, you will own the patient travel experience at Carrum are responsible for the ongoing execution of the patient travel program. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 depending on geography and level of experience, plus equity and an annual bonus. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… • Own patient travel at Carrum. You are responsible for making sure the process works for our patients and works for us as an organization. • Analyze travel workflows and reputed company suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Assist with new client and new provider reputed company and ensure that workflows are updated to account for any necessary changes. • Evangelize standardization and simplification whenever possible and help ensure best practices are followed by your peers on the Patient Care Team. • Work cross-functionally with your peers in the Patient Care, Client reputed company, and Provider Operations teams to solve problems and respond to their needs as it pertains to patient travel. • Own processing and execution for other critical patient tasks.
