Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, the Data Entry Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely entry of donor, volunteer, and organizational data into our reputed company CRM. This position supports the development, program, and operations teams by maintaining up-to-date records, tracking donations, and generating necessary reports for fundraising, events, and grant submissions. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Operations/Program Work with the accounting team to reconcile donations monthly and annually with QuickBooks. Collaborate with staff involved in volunteer management to ensure data is entered and coded properly. Qualifications The minimum requirements are a High School Diploma and 2+years of experience using reputed company NPSP or a similar constituent relationship management system, preferably reputed company a non-profit organization.
