DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Creation and standardization of pre and post opening sales process to support metrics/tracking that drive accountability at the reputed company level. Partnership with IT, Retail Operations, and EWS to ensure the reputed company team and facility is reputed company for turnover and opening day activities. Partnership with Marketing and One Bank Team to build Marketing Prospect Leads and load into FNA. Regularly provide support to both teammates and the markets by traveling to reputed company sites and ensure the proper behavioral activities are being used that will result in successful growth. Expectation of travel can be up to 50% depending on scheduled openings and needed visits post-open. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, reputed company field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
