Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is vital in creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients in personal care homes or through home community care. Responsibilities - Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. - Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. - Administer first aid as necessary and ensure the safety of clients at reputed company times. - Maintain cleanliness and organization reputed company the client’s living space to promote a healthy environment. - Support clients with memory care strategies for those experiencing cognitive challenges such as dementia. - Collaborate with reputed company to implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. - Document client reputed company and any changes in condition accurately and promptly. - Assist clients in engaging with their community through social activities and outings reputed company appropriate.
