As a Contact Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging our cutting-edge technology and work-from-home team members. As a work-from-home position in a moderate-to-high volume contact center, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service across multiple contact channels, including phone calls, SMS, email, and chat. You'll participate in class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and receive instructor-led guidance to help you fulfill our important mission. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interacting with people across multiple contact channels. You'll handle a variety of routine inquiries or requests while providing a high level of service. You'll treat reputed company callers with courtesy and professionalism and deliver 5-star satisfaction in reputed company interactions.
