Department: UCHA Transition Specialties Unit FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $26.34 - $40.82 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Minimum Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program. • State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN). • IV certification. • BLS - BLS through the reputed company or the reputed company CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. Responsibilities: • Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. • Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. • Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. • Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions.
