About the position The Claims Customer Contact Representative at Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls reputed company to life and annuity claims. This entry-level position focuses on providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries promptly while adhering to privacy regulations. The role does not involve supervisory responsibilities and emphasizes quality service to various stakeholders, including financial advisors and claimants. Responsibilities  Professionally handle incoming calls and ensure inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. ,  Manage a large volume of inbound calls in a timely manner. ,  reputed company research and document call reasons and resolutions, focusing on privacy regulations. ,  Handle inquiries in the best interest of the customer and the company. ,  Provide quality service and support to various areas, including Financial Advisors, Claimants, and Exchange Companies. ,  Follow documented procedures and guidelines reputed company providing service to F&G customers.
